Effective date: October 1, 2026

Trust The MOB Inc ("we," "us," "our" “The MOB”) runs The MOB Community Hub (the "Hub"), a private online community for our member companies and their executives and team members. This policy explains what information we collect through the Hub, how we use it, who can see it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Information collected automatically

Information from others

  • Your company's primary MOB contact may provide your name, title, and email to set up your account

  • Other members may mention you or share content involving you

2. How we use your information

  • Create and manage your account and membership access

  • Run the Hub's features, including the member directory, discussions, messaging, and events

  • Match and schedule connection sessions between member companies

  • Plan events, send invitations, and track registrations

  • Keep the Hub secure and enforce our community guidelines

  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Who can see your information

  • Other members: your profile and posts are visible to other logged-in Hub members, based on your privacy settings. The Hub is not public, and search engines cannot index it.

  • MOB administrators: our staff can see account details, content, and activity in order to manage the community.

  • Other service providers: companies that help us send email, process event payments, or analyze usage, such as Google Analytics. They may use your information only to provide services to us.

  • Event partners: for co-hosted events, we may share registrant names, titles, and companies with the co-host. We will say so on the registration page.

  • Legal reasons: when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of The MOB, our members, or others.

  • Organizational changes: if The MOB merges, reorganizes, or transfers its operations, member information may transfer as part of that change.

4. Your choices

  • Profile and visibility: edit your profile and visibility settings at any time in [Settings > Privacy].

  • Notifications and email: change notification settings in the app, or use the unsubscribe link in any email. We will still send essential account and membership messages.

  • Cookies: most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Some Hub features may not work without them.

  • Access, correction, and deletion: you can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account by emailing hello@trustthemob.com. We will respond within 30 days.

  • Leaving The MOB: when your company's membership ends, or you leave your company, we will deactivate your account within 30 days.

Depending on where you live, state laws may give you additional rights, such as the right to know what we collect or to opt out of certain uses. Contact us to make a request; we will not treat you differently for doing so.

5. How long we keep information

We keep account information while your account is active. After an account is deactivated, we delete or anonymize personal information within 12 months unless we need to keep it longer for legal, tax, or security reasons. Posts you made in shared discussions may remain visible with your name removed.

6. How we protect information

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections, password protection, and limited administrator access. No online service is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and tell us right away at [privacy email] if you suspect unauthorized access.

7. Members outside the United States

The Hub is operated from the United States, and your information may be processed in the US or in other countries where our platform provider operates. If you are in the European Union or United Kingdom, we process your information to provide your membership (contract), for our legitimate interest in running and securing the community, and with your consent where required. You may also object to processing, request data portability, and complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Children

The Hub is for business professionals and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Links to other sites

The Hub may link to member websites and other third-party services. Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy does not cover them.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Hub changes. We will post the new version here with a new effective date. For significant changes, we will notify members through the Hub or by email.
